Office of the Future: 2020, is a research project conducted by OfficeTeam examining trends that may have an impact on the workplace in the next 10 to 15 years. In addition to interviews with workplace and technology experts, futurists and trend watchers, OfficeTeam surveyed workers and executives at the nation's 1,000 largest companies. Findings show administrative professionals will assume even greater responsibilities in the years ahead. Our speaker will provide information about the Office of the Future: 2020 results and information on the pivotal roles tomorrow's administrative staff will play and the skills needed for future success. AGC Fundraising - BRING CASH to the Meetings!

Texas-Louisiana Division IAAP

**Congratulations to Dortha Gray CPS/CAP who was elected Southwest District Director. Dortha is from the Houston area and served on the T-L Division Board as President.
**T-L Division received the Division of Excellence Award for the second year, 21 T-L Chapters received the Chapter of Excellence Award and 141 members received The Member of Excellence. Congratulations to all the chapters and members that received this recognition.
** Big D Chapter received the Avery Dennison Great Results Chapter Achievement Award for under 40 members.
** Attend the Division leadership training sessions. San Antonio will be September 11, New Orleans September 25, Houston October 2, all worth 3 1/2 educational recertification points.. The price will still be $40. Tyler will have a leadership training August 7. Big D will be hosting a leadership training/succession planning October 9. We will not be presenting leadership training at the IAAP University in Las Colinas this year.
